Healthy Outlook – SEPTEMBER – Blueberry, Banana & Peanut Butter Oatmeal


1/4 C Oats cooked

1/2 medium Banana sliced

1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter

1/4 C Blueberries


Stir into cooked oatmeal; banana and peanut butter. Gently fold in blueberries. Serve immediately.

*Blueberries, Cranberries, Red Grapes, Dark Chocolate, and Peanuts all contain small amounts of Resveratrol
